Progress on Commercial Production & Service

On 17 November 2022, Archer unveiled details of its production vehicle called "Midnight", which is a piloted, four-passenger air taxi (https://archer.com/news/archer-unveils-its-production-aircraft-midnight)

Two months later, in January 2023, Stellantis joined forces with Archer to manufacture Midnight and seeks to become their exclusive contract manufacturer (https://www.stellantis.com/en/news/press-releases/2023/january/stellantis-to-build-electric-aircraft-with-archer-and-provide-strategic-funding-for-growth). Stellantis also provided up to $150 million of equity capital for Archer to spend at its discretion through 2024

GAL AMMROC is a military maintenance company and will be developing support services for Midnight’s operations.
