In August 2011, WikiLeaks released US diplomatic cables from 2005-2009 showing that the US State Department had been lobbying worldwide for Monsanto and other biotech corporations like DuPont, Syngenta, Bayer and Dow, such as creating PR campaigns to improve the image of biotech, challenging commonsense safeguards and rules, and opposing laws requiring the labeling of genetically-engineered (GE) foods
On 28 July 2014, the Oakland Institute released a report (“Walking on the West Side: the World Bank and the IMF in the Ukraine Conflict") revealing that the WB and IMF opened Ukraine to GMO and GM crops under hidden terms inside their $17 billion loan to Ukraine
?️De jure, we do not have GMOs: they are not produced, grown and used. And de facto, in recent years, a shadow market of GMO products has formed in the country, which is in circulation outside of any control?️
- Ukraine First Deputy Agriculture Minister Taras Vysotskiy, October 2022
In September 2023, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy signed a law legalizing the production of GMO products in Ukraine
?️[Hungary] imported Ukrainian grain under pressure from individuals in Brussels who urged us, along with Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania - Ukraine's neighbors - to allow the land-based import of grain sent from Ukraine by sea. They argued that if the grain didn't reach Africa from Ukraine, there would be famine. In the end, we were deceived. It turns out that we export Ukrainian grain, but it never reaches Africa... There is indeed deception involved. This is why we have been battling in Brussels to prevent the import of Ukrainian grain into Central European countries and to keep it within our region. In the case of this grain issue, these interests are not European, Romanian, Polish, Hungarian, or Slovak, but rather American interests?️
- Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán, September 2023
Ergo, as one of the world's biggest suppliers of de facto GMO crops -- which President Putin has designated as agricultural terrorism ("food as a weapon") --such as sunflower oil, barley, maize and wheat, Ukrainian agriculture has been a top priority for Putin and the white hats to clean up and dispose of‼️
2022 Grain Deal
When Russia launched their SMO in February 2022, its navy blockaded Ukraine's Black Sea ports, trapping 20 million tonnes of grain which were meant for export. Consequently, global food prices soared and threatened to create shortages in Middle Eastern and African countries which imported significant amounts of food from Ukraine. Subsequently, the biotech industry leveraged the manufactured food crisis to push for more genetic engineering in global agriculture, and George Eustice (Great Britain's Environment Secretary) stated that "gene-edited crop production needs to increase at warp speed in order to tackle the global food crisis that is rapidly unfolding"
Turkey and the UN brokered the July 2022 Black Sea Grain Deal between Russia and Ukraine which:
- allowed cargo ships to sail along a corridor in the Black Sea
- Russian navy could check ships for weapons at the Bosphorus Strait, while Turkey and the UN inspected cargo
- Moscow promised not to attack cargo ships carrying Ukrainian grain out of Black Sea ports
- exempted Russian agricultural and fertilizer exports from US and EU sanctions
Unbeknownst to the world, the Russian navy secretly replaced Ukrainian GMO grain with Russian grain while on board the ships to ensure only organic, high quality food was exported‼️
The 2022 Grain Deal was Ukraine's key source of hard currency revenues and it also freed up grain silos for the new harvest, preventing domestic prices from increasing while inflating those from neighboring countries -- another prime example of geopolitical terrorism and forcing GMO products on the world. Almost 33 million tonnes of grain were shipped from Ukraine under the deal
Under the 2022 Grain Deal, 57% of Ukraine's exports went to developing countries, and 43% to developed countries. The biggest recipients were China, Spain, Turkey, and Italy. However, Russia cited Ukraine's failure to export more grain to poorer countries as one of the reasons it repeatedly pulled out of the deal. After all, only 2% or 725,000 tonnes of Ukrainian grain was being sent to the UN's World Food Programme (WFP) as humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen. It is estimated that more than 50 million people across Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, and South Sudan are currently in need of food aid because of successive years of failed rains
In pulling out of the deal, US ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, called Russia's cancellation of the Grain Deal an "act of cruelty"
Despite heavy sanctions, Russia exported 60 million tonnes of grain between July 2022–June 2023, earning over $41 billion, and forecasts the same for 2023-2024
The grain deal expired on 17 July 2023
Right up until the morning of the Grain Deal’s expiration on 17 July, global media assumed it would be extended once more, until Russia's Crimean bridge was attacked for the second time and Russia used this "perceived threat" to justify launching air strikes on Ukraine's ports, further destroying hundreds of thousands of tonnes of GMO grain. The Russian Ministry of Defence also said it would regard all cargo ships in the Black Sea bound for Ukraine as potential military targets, deterring grain ships from going to Ukraine's ports. Since then, Russia has continued kamikaze drone attacks destroying airfields, port infrastructure, agricultural/grain infrastructure, and warehouses‼️
?️With its latest decision to kill the Grain Deal, Russia is again disrupting the food-supply chain, and if this were not enough, it is intentionally targeting [Ukrainian] ports and grain storage facilities?️
- Arian Spasse, Albania’s political coordinator at the UN, July 2023
In truth, Russian forces actually sabotaged their own bridge for tactical and strategic purposes as part of the effort to destroy the Khazarian stronghold and the Global Cabal's logistics, infrastructure, and supply chain
During the African Peace Initiative on 28 July 2023 in Saint-Petersburg, African leaders also called upon the UN to release 200,000 tonnes of Russian fertilizer blocked in EU seaports for immediate and free delivery to African countries
In September 2023, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungry defied the EU and extended their ban on importing Ukrainian grain, and, Bulgarian farmers began protesting to also reinstate the ban
?️[The Grain Deal] was an important diplomatic solution for a conflict that is affecting the whole world, but the bigger issue is that the food system globally is inconvertibly broken. It is only when something like the Black Sea Grain Deal stops, then everyone pays attention to how unfortunate the situation has become?️
- Elise Nalbandian, regional hunger crisis advocacy manager for Oxfam in Africa, July 2023
Because food security is a subset of geopolitics, the poorest countries have always been held hostage to the EU’s political ambitions, a side effect of Russophobia, anti-Russia policies, and Western attempts to protect its self-serving “rules-based order”‼️
Combatting Agricultural Terrorism
Maria Zakharova, Director of the Information and Press Department of Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Russia is actually addressing this harrowing issue of global hunger -- without any “deals" --and, as of August 2023, has already sent or will soon send over 150,000 tonnes of fertilizer to Malawi, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka, as well as 200,000 tonnes of wheat to Somalia, the Central African Republic, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Mali, and Eritrea
Russia is also jointly developing a project with Ankara and Doha to deliver 1 million tonnes of grain to Turkey for free processing and shipping to the poorest countries help stabilize food prices
Thus, Russia has single-handedly taken it upon herself to:
- replace the purpose and function of the UN's WFP (previously the largest humanitarian organization in the world fighting hunger and food insecurity) by supplying FREE organic, high qualify grain to Africa
- destroy Ukraine's GMO production, storage, and supply chain
- dismantle the Cabal's poisonous agricultural matrix and their hold over governments and their populous
- neutralize and eventually restore Ukraine's shrinking arable land due to contamination by radioactive and chemical toxins from depleted uranium munitions supplied by the West
- replace Ukrainian grain, both commercially and as free aid to needy countries
While Africa has 60% of the world's cultivatable land, the fact it is a net importer of food is one of the greatest humanitarian scandals. It has long been known that they will need significant infrastructure, new irrigation and farming technologies, agricultural education, and an increase in willing and able farmers in order to become self-sufficient
????️?? 2️⃣???
Grain Deal 2.0 (GRAIN2) is a fundraising effort and residual income opportunity to cover the cost of:
- this global humanitarian aid mission to stem hunger in developing nations by delivering high quality, organic grain and other needed humanitarian supplies and quantum compliant devices for FREE around the world
- solve global logistics and supply chain issues while drastically reducing the cost of food globally
- eradicate GMO production, transportation, and storage facilities
- modernizing farming equipment by investing into next gen technologies so that other nations, such as Africa and the Middle East, can become self-sufficient
GRAIN2 also plays a major role in Project CARGO
?️Russia stands for greater cooperation within BRICS as regards reliable and uninterrupted supplies of energy and food resources to the world markets. We are consistently increasing supplies of fuel, agricultural products, and fertilizers to countries in the Global South, making a significant contribution to strengthening global food and energy security, addressing acute humanitarian issues and fighting hunger and poverty in countries in need?️
- President Putin at the BRICS Business Forum, August 2023
US Secretary-General António Guterres once described the original 2022 Grain Deal as “a lifeline for global food security", but the reality is that it was a cover story for white hats to blockade and destroy GMO production and exports as well as to setup GRAIN2, where the true heroes -- the Russians -- will emerge on the scene to usher in a new age of agricultural abundance and prosperity and to unleash new powerful technologies for farming, security, freedom, and GESARA ??
