Specializing in Generative AIML, high-performance computing (HPC), governmental and industrial blockchain tech, metaverse infrastructure, big data analytics, and IOT, HyperScale Nexus (HSN) is a pioneering force in nextgen data center technology as a Cloud Infrastructure Services Provider and focuses on scalable and cost-efficient computing solutions, enabling innovation and seamless user experiences. Although it was just founded in July 2023, through its partnerships with Nvidia and other key tech players and governments around the world, HyperScale is creating an ecosystem of efficiency, reliability, and high-level performance. For example, custom built tech stacks with Nvidia's latest A100 and H100 GPU processors ensure they are continuously deploying technologies at the bleeding edge of innovation. Hyperscale data centers account for roughly 37% of the global data center market

Currently they service verticals such as:
- technology
- automotive
- telecom
- healthcare and pharmaceutical
- ecommerce
- financial
- gaming
- manufacturing
- energy

The NVIDIA HGX H100 is designed for large-scale HPC and generative AIML workloads. It is 7x more efficient in HPC applications, up to 9x faster training AI on the largest of LLMs, and up to 30x faster AI inference than the NVIDIA HGX A100. In short, H100 is known for supporting the world's fastest servers for AI research

HSN's primary source for the H100 GPUs is xFusion Digital Technologies, a company in Singapore that sells products including GPU servers. As part of this deal, HSN has signed an 18 month leasing agreement for 30,000 Nvidia H100 chipsets, which expires February 2025. That deal also requires HSN to develop and deploy "Information and communication technologies (ICT) decarbonization/sustainability projects and initiatives". HSN also entered an MoU in August 2023 to provide 128 Nvidia H100 GPUs to Silicon Tech Park, a data center developer in Thailand, as a joint venture

Entering Cannabis & Hemp Markets

As part of their ongoing revolutionary expansion phase, in September 2023, HSN filed with the SEC to acquire  (https://contracts.justia.com/companies/american-cannabis-company-inc-7869/contract/1251542/)American Cannabis Company (ACC) (https://contracts.justia.com/companies/american-cannabis-company-inc-7869/contract/1251542/). Upon closing of the Agreement and Plan of Merger and Share Exchange (http://pdf.secdatabase.com/2531/0001903596-23-000743.pdf), shares of HSN common stock will be issued to shareholders of ACC based on an exchange ratio of 1 HSN:300 ACC. While this merger agreement is still ongoing and subject to customary closing conditions, it is being spearheaded by Tad Mailander, who serves as President of HSN. Additionally, Mailander is also a director at ACC; sits on the board of Cannabis Strategic Ventures and ACC; is a former board member of Marijuana Company of America; and is a Member of US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Member of US District Court for the Southern District of California, and Member of The State Bar of California

ACC is a leading cannabis brand with a rich history in cannabis consulting, hemp consulting, and is a multi-state operator (MSO). They provide both on-site and remote management services for cannabis related retail, cultivation, processing, and accounting businesses. They also have regulated medical cannabis programs in 36 US states and 4 territories

Within cannabis consulting, ACC provides the following services: Strategic planning, Financial pro forma modeling, Business plan, Conceptual design,  Application services, Pre-application staffing, Template documents, Architectural schematic design, Permitting and construction, Equipment identification and sourcing, Operational deployment, Operational monitoring, and Branding and marketing

Within hemp consulting, ACC provides the following services: Operational planning, Farm design, Application services, Equipment identification and sourcing, Custom farm services, Operational deployment, Genetics sourcing and distribution of seeds and clones, SoHum Liquid Solutions™ fertility program, and Hemp and CBD brokerage

Traditionally, the cannabis industry has never been directly linked to needing GPUs, though data center design blueprints are occasionally used to establish cannabis growth farms. However, because HSN specializes in Nvidia H100 GPUs for generative AIML and HPC markets and ACC is a leading provider of industry-specific advisory and consulting services, manufacture of cultivation products, and facilities for cannabis startups, the merger will help skyrocket the production of cannabis and hemp as well as the manufacturing of related end- and byproducts in order to accommodate the industry's upcoming expansive growth as ACC's clients onboard into and adopt HSN servers and blockchain and metaverse interoperability for enhanced efficiency, operations, logistics and supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, and strategy moving forward

In short, blockchain can help improve the quality and safety of cannabis products by providing a traceable and verifiable record of every step of the production process from seed to sale. In fact, IBM has been an early and outspoken proponent of this adoption since 2017

Crypto and Cannabis

The primary challenge for marijuana retailers has always been the inaccessibility of traditional banking services, despite the state-level legalization of marijuana. Because it remains illegal under the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. § 801, et seq., any banks who provide services to marijuana businesses could be perceived as violating anti-money laundering (AML) law. Thus, the majority of marijuana businesses have been forced to transact in cash, which creates several challenges related to receiving customer payments, sending payments to 3rd parties, and securely storing large amounts of currency. Because both KYC and AML continue to be major obstacles for this industry, blockchain makes the most logical sense, and onboarding all of ACC's clients to crypto is ideal. Leveraging blockchain and metaverse services like other energy providers and enterprises that are in the midst of this transition, cannabis companies will not only be able to fundraise via crypto, but soon also be able to create their own banking, loyalty, rewards, and incentive ecosystem for investors, growers, partners, employees, and customers as well as protect IP and unique strains
