Since 2010, Nestle has been slowly transforming itself into a nutrition, health, and wellness company in an effort to combat declining candy sales and increasing government regulation of sugary foods. Through the Nestle Institute of Health Sciences, its aim was to edge into the pharmaceutical industry by developing "a new industry between food and pharmaceuticals". Its products were positioned as "preventive and corrective health foods" that could replace pharmaceutical drugs from pill bottles, such as drinks and protein shakes meant to combat malnutrition, diabetes, digestive health, obesity, and other diseases

Controversies

Prior to 2017, Nestle was embroiled in countless controveries all over the world, facing criticism and boycotts over:

- "aggressively marketing" their baby formula as the preferred alternative to breastfeeding in developing countries since 1970s, even discouraging mothers from breastfeeding, suggesting that their baby formula was healthier than breastfeeding, and financially incentivizing doctors to push their baby formula
- unauthorized production and commoditization of public water
- class-action lawsuits for colluding with other industry leaders to price fix chocolate
- bribing the Ethics and Public Policy Center, which was in the process of developing a report investigating medical care in developing nations (the report was consequently never published)
- 2008 Hong Kong government found melamine (a pesticide which leads to reproductive damage, bladder and kidney stones, and bladder cancer) in a Chinese-made Nestlé milk products which killed 6 infants and hospitalized almost 1000 more for kidney failure
- 2015 Indian food safety regulators found significantly high amounts of lead in Nestle India's Maggi noodles
- bribing China hospital staff to obtain medical records of patients since 2011
- widespread use of child labour in cocoa production
- widespread slavery and child trafficking throughout their West African plantations

Blockchain Adoption

Years before blockchain was implemented, Nestle hired IBM in 2002 for a 5 year IT deal (https://www.computerworld.com/article/2587409/nestle-hires-ibm-in--500-million--five-year-it-data-center-deal.html) for server hardware, software, and services for their global operations in order to streamline and replace more than 100 IT sites with 5 centralized data centers equipped by IBM. IBM's IT deal was part of an ongoing project at Nestle to create a common infrastructure around the world for its operations to save money and increase efficiencies. Under the contract, IBM also helped integrate the deployment of mySAP.com e-business software throughout Nestle in order to centralize their operations under Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (https://www.cio.com/article/270680/enterprise-resource-planning-nestl-s-enterprise-resource-planning-erp-odyssey.html)

In 2017, the world's largest food suppliers (Dole, Unilever, Walmart, Golden State Foods, Kroger and Nestle, as well as Tyson Foods, McLane Company and McCormick and Company) began collaborating in partnership with  (https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2017/08/22/walmart-kroger-nestle-team-with-ibm-blockchain-to-fight-food-poisoning/)IBM (https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2017/08/22/walmart-kroger-nestle-team-with-ibm-blockchain-to-fight-food-poisoning/) Food Trust on a blockchain solution to pinpoint the source of foodborne illnesses within seconds in order to eradicate it. Through DLT, this consortium brings transparency across the whole system to make it easier for people to run safer food supply chains as well as to save suppliers money via increased traceability of their products by tracking supply-chain inefficiencies, reducing revenue lost from recalling products, and minimizing food-related illnesses and deaths

Furthermore, Nestle also partnered with SAP in 2017 to implement SuccessFactors continuous performance management (CPM)  (https://news.sap.com/2017/06/nestle-sweetens-employee-performance-and-development-with-sap-successfactors-solutions/)functionality on mobile devices to standardize, simplify, and unify its HR data and processes. As part of Nestle’s digital workforce strategy, CPM helps the company engage and retain top talent with leading-edge performance and development tools

Two years later, in 2019, Nestle became the first major food and beverage company to pilot groundbreaking blockchain technology in supply chain transparency through a collaboration with OpenSC, a platform that allows consumers to track their food right back to the farm (https://www.nestle.com/media/pressreleases/allpressreleases/nestle-open-blockchain-pilot)

As a result of this adoption, that same year, Nestle was forced to publicly announce that they could not guarantee that their chocolate products were free from child slave labour, as they could trace only 49% of their purchasing back to the farm level. Nestle USA and Cargill were involved in a lawsuit over African child slavery (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-57522186). While these companies could not be sued in 2021 due to technicalities, it set them up perfectly for asset seizure under Trump's EO 13818 (https://t.me/QFSProofs/395/696)

In September 2021, NGO Mighty Earth's investigation also discovered a large amount of their sourced cocoa was grown illegally in national parks and other protected areas in Ivory Coast and Ghana (September)

Since 2019, Nestle has sought to transform its business into a “cognitive enterprise” (https://www.iotworldtoday.com/robotics/feeding-the-cognitive-enterprise-nestl-pushes-ai-predictive-maintenance-and-robotics#close-modal), with unbiased machine learning tools that can be extensively used to help automate, respond, react and decide business outcomes. By 2025, Nestle aims to be fully data-driven and cognitive in its approach. It is currently working to define corporate directives for AI as part of its global program, which also covers topics such as ethics, organization, technology, education and communication

As of 2023, Nestle has been adopting AI technology (https://www.greyb.com/blog/nestle-using-ai-in-the-food-industry/) in multiple ways including:
- Customer engagement (Cookie coach or virtual bot)
- AI-assisted personalized diet recommendation (patent pending, using various parameters such as carbohydrate-active enzyme levels, dietary and lifestyle activities)
- Restructuring R&D and reducing project timelines

The average project duration of 33 months has been cut to 12 months, with food and beverage products down to 6-9 months making it the fastest in the industry. Even the approval process was reduced by 50% from 6 "gates" down to 3. The use of AI is spreading throughout the organization and is now used in a variety of ways, including concept development, formulation development, plant breeding, clinical data mining, raw material quality assurance, advanced process control and early problem detection. Beyond product development, Nestle is also using AI to improve manufacturing efficiencies (https://www.foodbusinessnews.net/articles/22751-ai-central-to-nestles-innovation-overhaul). Stefan Palzer, Nestle's CTO, said some of the company’s KitKat manufacturing lines are almost completely self-regulating

Nestle recently patented WO’475 (Personalisation of dietary fiber compositions, methods and systems thereof (https://tryslate.greyb.com/engage/WO2022043475A1), March 2022) and WO’278 (Systems and methods to predict an individual's microbiome status and provide personalized recommendations to maintain or improve the microbiome status (https://tryslate.greyb.com/engage/WO2022112278A1), June 2022)

In 2023, Nestle and other CPGs, including Campbell’s, Mars, Givaudan, and PepsiCo, began using a generative AI platform called Tastewise (https://consumergoods.com/how-mars-colgate-palmolive-nestle-coca-cola-are-exploring-generative-ai), to help CPGs validate new product ideas and generate market research reports. Tastewise uses proprietary edge computing AI and a dataset on food consumption to provide insights into best-selling restaurant items, a home cooking panel, and billions of real-life moments of consumption. With generative ML, Palzer said Nestle is able to

“analyze information on trends, ingredients, flavors, and health benefits from social media, online publications, and other web sources"

Through using CreativeX, a company that builds creative data platforms for brands using AI, Nestle's 15,000 marketers are helping to program rules for a generative ML platform that will soon make their jobs redundant (https://www.thedrum.com/news/2023/02/15/how-nestl-using-ai-set-creative-rules-its-15000-marketers)

A New Beginning

After Trump came into office and ever since Nestle adopted blockchain and generative AIML, Nestle has completely overhauled their company and began making sweeping changes their product lines, global operations, and strategic direction:

2018: signed strategic partnership with SAP, signed deal with Starbucks to market, sell, and distribute Starbucks coffee globally and to incorporate the brand's coffee varieties into Nestle's proprietary single-serve system

2021: purchased vitamin manufacturing Bountiful Company, including assets like Nature's Bounty, Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex, Puritan's Pride

2022: began paying cocoa farmers cash to send their children to school, Nestle's Health Science unit acquired the Brazilian organic food maker Puravida, sent their newly improved baby formula and other baby food supplies to the US to ease the country's infant formula shortage

Nestle employs more than 7,000 people in Russia [...] In addition, the company not only imports raw materials for basic necessities, but also tries to covertly send technological equipment to Russia to develop its own business," the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) added

In summary, Nestle's 2002 introductory deals with IBM and SAP that were then supercharged through strengthened collaborations with those same technology giants for blockchain adoption in 2017 and its plans to become a fully “cognitive enterprise” (https://www.iotworldtoday.com/robotics/feeding-the-cognitive-enterprise-nestl-pushes-ai-predictive-maintenance-and-robotics#close-modal) by 2025 perfectly exemplifies the White Hat plan of converting ALL cabal organizations from dark and dastardly to light and humanitarian, fully controlled, governed, and 100% automated through the generative AIML and smart contracts via Stellar blockchain. This case study also proves that the worst cabal companies in the world were targeted for transformation first, years or even decades ahead of the Q Plan beginning ?❤️
