?️The country that controls the Arctic, controls the world?️
-CSIS

Since 2007, efforts to harness the Arctic’s geostrategic potential have long been the ambition of Soviet and Russian leaders. Drawing upon early Russian exploration and Stalin’s “Red Arctic” ambitions, now over a decade later, Russia's military returns once more to the Arctic... but this time Putin is personally prioritizing this mission

Russia’s military presence in the Arctic achieves 3 objectives:

- Enhance homeland defense, specifically a forward line of defense against foreign incursion as the Arctic attracts increased international investment
- Secure Russia’s economic future
- Create a staging ground to project power

The Red Arctic (REDA) (https://northernsea.org/) is essential to Russia’s future, and Putin has granted numerous substantial budgetary increases to build infrastructure focusing on natural resource development and the protection of its maritime passage, the Northern Sea Route (NSR)

Russia has also given Rosatom, Russia’s nuclear agency, bureaucratic control over the NSR and since 2017 has limited traffic from foreign warships without Russian government consent

While the eastern Arctic region creates a “protective dome” to secure Russia’s vast Arctic coastline and improving its overall ability to detect and track vessels and aircraft, the central region deploys more sophisticated defense equipment to ward off NATO attacks, and the western region houses its most advanced technological capabilities to safeguard Russia’s nuclear arsenal and second-strike capabilities

50 previously closed Soviet-era military posts were reopened, including 10 integrated emergency rescue stations, and Russian special forces units (Arctic Brigade) have been deployed for exercises and training. In addition, Russia currently has the largest fleet of icebreakers in the world with over 30 vessels, many of which are nuclear-powered, allowing them to self-sustain significantly longer than diesel-powered ones

Russia’s renewed military presence in the Arctic not only secures the territory but also guarantees freedom of operation. The numerous increases in investment capital, resources, and capacity over the last decade also restricts the movement and access of NATO through interdiction capabilities in both the maritime and air domains

But is that all the fuss is about?

With NATO on the verge of a grand public collapse and the "climate change" hoax debunked long ago, what is causing this sudden influx of military movement and next-generation technology when none of the other energy infrastructure sites around the world need this much protection?

What exactly is in the Arctic? Of course we know the Arctic contains the world's largest hydrocarbon reserves, but unless the polar bears have suddenly started an uprising... could there be more?

For decades, there have been many rumors over whether or not there is something under the ice, such as alien technology, DUMBs, portals to another dimension, an entrance to Inner Earth, Nazi bases, dinosaurs, etc. Some have speculated the need to protect the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, while others believe it hides the true location of the Tree of Life, Mt Moriah, Hyperborea, a vast ice continent, and a gargantuan magnet mountain even larger than Mt Magnitnaya in Magnitogorsk. Unsurprisingly to some, the [in]famous Arctic Red River, often incorrectly portrayed by mass media as pollution from oil or chemical spills, is instead evidence of a highly concentrated source of iron and could be the reason why, according to Russian pseudoscience, Tartaria is the "real" name for Russia, which according to legends, Tartaria is a "suppressed lost land or civilization" supposedly known for its advanced technology, culture, and architecture

October 2023

The overabundance in oil & gas coupled with geostrategic and logistical routes alone make the Arctic worth fighting over, creating an incredibly solid investment opportunity connected to President Putin's energy ukaz

But for adventurous speculators, there have also been reports and "other findings" that are ?️literally mind blowing: things and structures that we have discovered that we cannot yet place in a specific time frame or to a specific civilisation. They contradict all the previous theories and history?️  - member of the ВМФ Northern Maritime Forces

This October, a new icebreaker mission is being planned to study recently discovered "non-natural structures on ice", and the Northern Fleet Joint Strategic Command of Russia has partnered with the US Air Force Research Labs (AFRL) for their new "Arctic  warfare"  (https://t.me/QuantumStellarInitiative/23392)uniforms (https://t.me/QuantumStellarInitiative/23392) (which can also be used for Arctic exploration) via the 711th Human Performance Wing for their biotech healing suits

In short, the REDA Project is leveraging state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure to serve as a gateway to untapped opportunities into a new world
