There are few figures in history whose lives have been the subject of many myths and legends, and whose origins have been so completely enshrouded in mystery, as the man known as the Count St Germain, who is typically portrayed as an ascended master who choose not to move into higher dimensions, but to remain behind to help and guide humanity into a more spiritually evolved form, as well as to usher in the future prosperity and peace known as the Golden Age

Francis Bacon

The legend begins with the birth of a child as the result of a secret marriage between Queen Elizabeth and Sir Roger Dudley. The Queen hid the child’s identity so as not to name him heir to the throne. Born in 1561, Francis Bacon was raised as an adopted child.  At 15, he discovered that he was the rightful heir to the Crown, but never ascended to the throne. Instead, the Queen announced that King James VI of Scotland would succeed her and sent Francis away to France, where he learned about ciphers

Francis chose a life devoted to scholarly and political interests. He became King James’s Lord Chancellor and was the founder of deductive reasoning, which laid the foundation for modern science and technology. Later he became a master of alchemical sciences, at which time he claimed to remember his past life reincarnations as the Prophet Samuel, Plato, Merlin, Shakespeare, Roger Bacon, and Christopher Columbus

As Samuel the Prophet, he helped liberate the children of Abraham from the corrupt priests and the Philistines. In the 5th C, he helped rescue Europe from the Dark Ages by helping King Arthur to establish Britain as a place where Christ’s achievements could flourish and the people could achieve a closer relationship with God, or Source, which is the path to higher spiritual dimensions

As Roger Bacon the alchemist, he predicted the creation of flying machines, hot air balloons, magnifying glasses, carriages, and mechanically-powered ships. Moreover, he wrote about them as if he had seen them first hand. He believed that knowledge came from connecting with one's inner source, not outside authorities or dogmas. Because of this, he was imprisoned by the church for the rest of his life. In his writings, he describes a voyage of three ships to a new land, which led to his next reincarnation as Christopher Columbus

As Christopher Columbus, he became inspired by Isaiah the Prophet and the writings of Robert Bacon, and envisioned a new world where “God would gather the remainder of His people from all over the Earth”

As Francis became aware of his reincarnated lives, he came up with a new scientific method that helped launch England's renaissance by hiding many ideas among various secret societies he founded so as to avoid persecution by the church

It has been said that Francis wrote literature under the pen name of William Shakespeare, which was based on the goddess Athena whose spear would vibrate when sunlight hit it. “Shaking her spear” (Shakespeare) considered his pen a "spear of knowledge" used to strike at ignorance. He also included many ciphers in his plays and stories

When Francis returned to England, he formed many secret societies. The first was known as the “Knights of the Helmet”, which represented Athena's wisdom, guidance, and morality. Their goal was to eliminate ignorance by reforming the English language, standardizing the spelling of words, and publishing new works in English (not Latin), so that everyone could understand them

Knights of the Helmet connected to a group of secret societies related to the Rosicrucians from the time of Atlantis. Rosicrucians believed that knowledge was immortal and should be made available to anyone seeking it. The Rosicrucians also looked to attain universal enlightenment through the process of alchemy. They believed it was better to be discreet and reveal some knowledge while concealing some as well, so as to create a treasure trail for those who seek truth

Francis wrote a book called “The Great Instauration” where he formulated a plan to restore paradise on earth through the process of true knowledge and virtue, which at the time were no longer considered priorities for mankind

After the Queen died in 1603, King James assumed the throne and Francis was promoted to Lord Chancellor and given the task to reform Freemasonry, which at the time was simply an elite social circle. Francis wanted to change "guild Freemasonry" into "speculative Freemasonry", a fraternal order of philosophers who would recreate the world in the image that God had originally created it, not as men or the Church had made it

He then reformed the 9 degrees of the Knights Templar into 33 degrees. This number was based on Christian ethics, the belief in one’s Inner Christ Consciousness, and the number 33 came from an alphabet cipher

Later, he then continued his work as Christopher Columbus by convincing King James to sign the Virginia Charter which started the development of the New World with England’s first colony at Jamestown. Because of his Masonic teachings of inner divine potential, freedom, and enlightenment, these teachings became the basis of the creation of the future USA, founded by Masonic leaders, such as George Washington. Francis envisioned it as the New Atlantis led by his peaceful and divinely inspired Masonic orders

By 1620, Francis' fame had begun to spread, and jealous peers began to falsely accuse him of corruption. So in 1626, he faked his own death and traveled to Carpathia (now Romania) where he continue his studies in alchemy, preparing himself for Ascension (supposedly under the guidance of the Great Divine Director, a member of the Karmic Board)

In 1684, Francis ascended into the 14th dimension, where his mortal body transformed into that of an immortal angel. Francis chose not to ascend further, but instead joined the Great White Brotherhood of Light, which is a group of souls who vowed to stay on earth until the day when all humanity will ascend 

Francis returned to earth in a new body and became known as the Count of St Germain, stemming from Sanctus Germanus which means “holy brother” in Latin

St Germain

A virtuoso, St Germain is not only known for his artistic and musical talents, but also for his ability to transmute rocks into diamonds while removing any flaws, write with both hands simultaneously, read a book by passing his hand over it, speak all languages, travel simply by thinking, and promote peace

Having created his own Elixir of Life, he supposedly never aged and stated that "whoever succeeds in raising himself above his emotions and suppressing anger and fear of illness is capable of overcoming attrition of the year and attaining an age of at least double that of men who die from old age”

It was confirmed in 1727 that St. Germain could turn lead into gold (the Philosopher’s Stone) when he shared his secret money making abilities with the Rothschilds and various monarchs, hoping that they would use this ability to also benefit humanity. Instead, much to his dismay, they kept everything for themselves. So in 1729, he broke ties with them and created the World Trust with the mandate that its funds could not be released until or after the year 2000. A major requirement was that mankind would have to be ready to see positive changes, abundance, and new technology, which could only be done if they were able to put petty and violent behaviors aside and learn how to harness their own unique gifts/talents

After establishing the World Trust, he travelled to Persia to learn the secrets of how to enlarge precious stones through psychic abilities. Having a large collection of precious stones, everyone marveled at his wealth, but no one could identify where the stones had come from after tracking him. When people questioned his wealth, he would respond: ”as God created the world, I can draw what I want out of nothing”

In 1829, he visited his friend Frederick the Great, who Voltaire was also visiting. There, Voltaire wrote “Saint Germain is a man who was never born, will never die, and who knows everything”

Between 1774 and 1784, he traveled to Germany and Austria trying to convince the monarchs to join forces to prevent the French Revolution and create the United States of Europe. Unfortunately, they were not willing to give up their power to unify Europe. So he turned to America. On July 4, 1776, the leaders of the colonies met at Independence Hall to debate risking their lives by signing the Declaration of Independence. During this meeting, St. Germain appeared on the balcony to make a passionate speech calling on them to sign it. He stated “the words of the Declaration will live on long after our bones turn to dust. Sign the parchment, sign, sign! Not only for yourselves, but for all ages. For that parchment will be the textbook of freedom, the Bible of the rights of man forever. Sign for the sake of millions, waiting to hear the words 'you are free!'"

During the American Revolutionary War, he was critical in convincing King Louis XVI to send 6000 troops to join General Washington, a critical move that helped give America their decisive victory

Meanwhile in Europe, not only did the monarchs reject the creation of the USE, but the Freemasons he helped reform had become infiltrated by the satanic faction of the Bavarian Lodge, run by Adam Weishaupt, a Jewish Rothschild agent. Weishaupt began to write new initiations based on Talmudic teachings, which stated that enlightenment would come as a result of worshiping Lucifer. They renamed themselves the Illuminati and sought to separate the “Goyim” (non Jews) through political, social, economic, and religious means. The Illuminati planned to use Freemasonry to destroy the masses and take over the world. They also planned to steal all the peoples' gold to return it to King Solomon's temple in Jerusalem. This is why the Rothschilds engineered the creation of Israel

All of this directly contradicted St Germaine’s version of Freemasonry (universal enlightenment based on one’s own inner divine potential)

In 1782, the masonic lodges merged with the Illuminati, creating the extremely evil form of modern Freemasonry. Three years later at the Paris Convention of 1785, St Germain and his associates tried to unite the Rosicrucians, Illuminati, and Freemasons. However, after the Convention, St Germain was falsely accused by the Jesuits of conspiracy to create anarchy and infidelity. As a result, his role in the Freemasons was almost entirely eliminated as the masonic lodges begin to systematically erase all traces of St Germain from the order, with the exception of the letter "G" (for Germain), which is still found in the masonic symbol

After this episode, St Germain lived a more private life, so he once more faked his death in 1784

100 years after his ascension, the Great White Brotherhood of Light granted him the title of Chohan of the Seventh Ray. With his new title, St Germain was in charge of transmuting old energy to bring about Christ Consciousness in the coming Golden Age. St Germain is also referred to as the Cosmic Master of the Age of Aquarius.

Foundation Divine

After 90 years away, St Germain returned to Europe in 1875 and convinced the royal families and nations under colonial rule to merge their assets into one account: Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility

St Germain placed these accounts in the newly created Foundation Divine, which also contains the World Trust that he created in 1729. After compounding interest for 250 years, the World Trust’s net worth was said to have grown to over $1 Quattuodecillion (1 with 45 zeros)

This figure may sound incredulous but most people are not aware that governments maintain two sets of accounting records: one to show the public as official government data and another secret record used for Sovereign entities. This second set contains the Foundation Divine. It is rumored that some of this gold is stored off world, but a large majority is held at the world’s major financial institutions and banks under international treaties and custodianship rules

The collateral accounts are held in the parent institutional administration account of the Federal Reserve, controlled by the Bank of International Settlements, which is also controlled by the Foundation Divine. This wealth is to be used to buy out all Illuminati controlled governments, energy corporations, media companies, banks, pharmaceutical monopolies, and to reduce all debt to zero. It is estimated to cost a minimum of $100 quintillion just to fix the world’s current economic problems

In order for these funds to reach humanity, they must supposedly progress through 30,000 separate trust funds, starting with the World Trust. The top level of trusts remains under the control of St Germain. When his orders are given, the World Court will activate the funding process. Level two is made up of 180 Royal trusts under the control of the trustees of various Sovereign countries, such as the French Trust, the Vatican Trust, and the Russian Trust. Level three contains the Illuminati family trusts under the control of the trustees of the world’s richest families, including the Warburg Trust, the Rothschild Trust, and the Rockefeller Trust. Level four is made up of 250+ corporate trusts under control of the trustees of the world’s most powerful companies such as GE, AT&T, Lockheed, etc. Level five is made up of wealth from enlightened children of the robber barons, which was put aside to use for the benefit of the world. These are the Prosperity Program Trusts and Bankroll Programs, which are math managed by the IMF, under St Germain’s guidance

There are 72 bank roll programs, such as Omega and Freedom. The largest one is Freedom, and it must be funded first. However, if a problem occurs in the chain, the funding window closes

Several members of the Clinton and Bush families repeatedly blocked the release of funds because they’re overseeing many of the trusts as trustees. From 1945 to 1995, the assets in the collateral accounts were managed by the Trillenium Trilateral Tripartite Commission, which represented the USA, UK, and France. This was the group that set up the USD as the world's reserve currency and appointed the CIA to protect the collateral accounts

These terms were extended through many international treaties, including  the Bretton Woods agreement, the Green Hilton agreement, and the Schweitzer Conventions. With the CIA in charge of protecting these assets, major problems started to appear. The Bush family and rogue agents managed to steal over $200 trillion and stored the money in the Philippines, Thailand, and Russia. In 1981, Ronald Reagan ordered Leo Wanta to steal $27.5 trillion from the collateral accounts in Russia, which the US used to collapse the Ruble and bring down the Soviet Union

The criminals hid the money in a CIA controlled depository in Uruguay since Uruguay was considered a safe haven for Nazis post WW2, where the Bush family bought hundreds of thousands of acres. The stolen money was used to fund Cabal programs from NASA to MK Ultra to black ops

In 1963, President Kennedy tried to stop this criminal activity and bring the money back through the Green Hilton Agreement. This allowed the US to print a new precious metals backed currency using the assets in the collateral accounts to encourage world economic growth

On June 4, 1963, President Kennedy signed Executive Order 11110, which would remove the Federal Reserves ability to lend money with interest to the US and required a bullion-backed Treasury issued currency instead of Federal Reserve notes. Shortly after this, silver certificates with the words ”United States Note” were issued. The Cabal Elite could not allowed this to continue, so Kennedy was assassinated. The Green Hilton Agreement and executive order 11110 were signed into law, but not honored by any country including the US

In an attempt to stop to these illegal activities, in 1995, the collateral accounts were placed under the control of St Germain and Dr. Thai Cheung Lee of the Office of International Treasury Control in China
