XRP’s official public narrative use case is replacing SWIFT with a cheaper and faster mechanism for B2B transactions between banks and other institutions. Further, XRP is considered “pseudo-decentralized” because even though its validation operates on a consensus model, it’s not actually decentralized at all due every node on its pre-selected, default list of validators being a bank -- therefore it's a banker's asset, not a people's asset. In contrast, Stellar does way more. In fact, it does everything, everywhere, all the time.
