SEP 19: Bootstrapping Multisig Transactions Submission (created 7/12/2018)
- Provides a standard way for multisig accounts to designate where transactions should be submitted for coordination of additional signatures.
- Could be used for companies, governments, humanitarian projects, to use when building teams and granting people access/ authority to accounts (think accounting, sales, marketing, HR teams and QSIGF).
