In the early unfolding of the cosmos, even before stars ignited or consciousness dared to speak, the Creator walked through a realm of possibility—not yet form, not yet light, but potentiality itself. Every flicker of could-be, every whisper of almost, danced in the breath of the Infinite. And from this field of divine hesitation, the Vault of Unspoken Echoes emerged.

The rest live in this Vault bc the vault is basically another ledger of things for record keeping purposes. Except it is not a ledger of what has been actioned, but what has been inactioned:
